Join us for a showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show with a live Shadow Cast and Costume Contest.

$10 orchestra seating plus prop bag or $5 seating balcony sans prop bag.


Guest Artist/Master Class - Michelle Tomilson

September 28-29, 2016  - ASNSMU CFTA 

Michelle Tomlinson is an actor, coach, and producer based in Los Angeles. Acclaimed film appearances include Undercurrent, Officer Down, and Road to the Open, though she is better known for her work in indie horror films such as The Cellar Door, Brain Dead, Axe to Grind, and George's Intervention. She is also the creator and host of the web-based talk show, An Intimate Look with Michelle Tomlinson. Michelle coaches actors with several students regularly booking work in professional theatre, film, and television. Look for her master classes in Las Cruces and Albuquerque during October. 

On Wednesday and Thursday, 9/28 and 9/29, ASTC will sponsor  guest artist  Michelle Tomlinson to visit two of our NMSU Theatre Arts classes, and everyone is invited to attend.  On Wednesday she will guest in Theatre Workshop class, held in the main theatre, from 12:30-1:20.  On Thursday she will guest in Senior Seminar class, in the Rehearsal Room, from 10:20-11:30.

Guest Artist/Master Class - Eric Lutes and Jane Sibbett

January 25-27, 2017  - ASNSMU CFTA

American Southwest Theatre Company presents “Inside Hollywood” with Guest Artists Eric Lutes and Jane Sibbett for a public presentation and reception, in the ASNMSU Center for the Arts on Friday, January 27th @ 7:00 pm.

Both are professional actors but Eric is also a noted painter, and Jane has also been a producer of documentaries and a theatre director in Hawaii with original work. The presentation will include some video clips of their work, stories of show business, and an open Q & A with the audience.  They will also attend a Q & A session in Theatre Workshop class (same location) on Wednesday 1/25, from 12:30-1:20, and all are invited. Tickets are not necessary for the event but donations are appreciated (suggested donation: $10); NMSU students are free. We hope you can join us!
